摘要
针对四川盆地川西坳陷中段上三叠统须家河组须二气藏超深层、高温、异常高压、异常高地应力、致密砂岩裂缝性储层深井酸化时,井口泵压高,往往超过目前设备承压能力,很难保证安全施工。通过高密度酸加重酸化技术在CG 561井的应用证实能够有效降低施工泵压,提高酸化工作液密度,增加井筒液柱压力,适应特殊地层,对于该井须二气藏采用高密度酸液(含15%~20%盐酸的常规酸液)加重酸化技术,可降低井口施工泵压13M Pa^17 M Pa,经过对CG 561井的酸化后压力恢复试井测试结果证实增产94%,达到安全、优质、快捷的增产施工效果。
Tight fracture-type reservoir-Xu 2 of Xujiahe Formation in the middle section of west Sichuan depression is famous for its following features: supper deep,HT,surpressure and abnormal stress. Acidizing treatment of deep well within the reservoir encounters very high pumping pressure of wellhead. In many cases the pressure is higher than the limit of equipment so that treatment cannot be accomplished. This paper presents aggravating acidification technology of high density acid ,which can depress the pumping pressure of treatment and ensure the security of treatment and produce response.
