甲烷化炉接管接缝焊接工艺

摘要 甲烷化炉属于Ⅱ类重型中压容器,其筒体与接管的焊接为15CrMoR与0Cr18Ni9异种钢焊接,焊缝形式为厚壁管与薄壁管的环焊缝,接缝焊接拘束度较大,焊缝质量不易保证。该研究通过对上述异种钢的焊接性分析,设计了接缝的焊接工艺。经现场生产应用,焊后对焊缝质量检测,达到了甲烷化炉的焊接质量设计要求。 The methanation furnace belongs to the second class heavy-duty container which works under middle pressure.The joints between the main body and the assistant pipes are the welding of 15CrMoR and 0Cr18Ni9,Because the welding seam is a circular one which is formed by different type and different thick walled steel pipes,the restrict stress would destroy the quality of welding, Based on welding performance analyes of the above mentioned material,the welding procedure is designed and optimized ,and the requipment of welding quality is satisfied.
