摘要
微弧氧化是镁合金表面处理的一种新方法,微弧氧化电源是这种方法的决定性因素之一,功率模块IGBT的触发是电源的核心。传统的触发模块有EXB841,M57959L,由于两者适用范围和电性能的要求使其不适合触发大功率IGBT,所以选用了大功率触发模块2SD315A。介绍了在镁合金表面进行微弧氧化的电源的原理,以及2SD315A在电源中的应用。
Microarc oxidation is a new method that disposes of the surface of magmesium,and the power supply of mieroarc oxidation is one of the key factors of this method.The drive for power module IGBT is the core of this power supply.We usually use EXB841 and M57959L module,but they are not suitable for driving large power IGBT because of their limitation in application and electric performance parameter,thus we adopt 2SD315A as the drive module.In this paper,we introduce the principle of microarc oxidation of power source on the surface of magmesium and the application of IGBT drive module 2SD315A on it.
