摘要
通过对自排不凝气直接式蒸汽冷凝器系统的设定,分析了排水管内气液两相的流动状态及排水管直径的限制因素,推导出设计自排不凝气直接式蒸汽冷凝器排水管的系列计算公式;将该系列计算式运用于引进的12万t/a磷酸装置的设计中,计算结果表明,计算值与国外公司的设计规定相吻合。
Through defining the self-exhausting non-condensable gas/direct steam condenser system, the flow slate of two phases (gas and liquid) in drainpipe and the restricted factors of drainpipe diameter were analyzed, a series of calculating formula for designing self-exhausting non-condensable gas/ direct steam condenser drainpipe was derived; if using this series of calculating formula into design of imported phosphoric acid plant( 120 kt/a), the result indicates that the calculated value is coincident with that calculated from the design regulation of foreign company.
