摘要
分析了高速电主轴单元热变形机理与散热机制,对主轴单元热态特性要求进行了描述,利用AN-SYS对高速电主轴进行了热-结构耦合分析。通过改变电主轴有限元模型中的边界条件,对不同转速、润滑方式、冷却结构设计、内装式电机选择条件下电主轴热-结构特性进行了对比分析。根据分析结果,提出了改善电主轴热态特性的措施,为电主轴冷却结构设计提供了参考。
Firstly introduces the mechanism of thermal deformation and heat dissipation of motorized spindle, describes the thermal-structural characteristic of motorized spindle, thermal-structural coupling analysis is done for the high-speed motorized spindle by ANSYS. Then by change the boundary conditions in FE mode of mo- torized spindle, Thermal-structural characteristic in different conditions such as rotate speed, lubrication mode, cooling structure design, and spindle motor are contrasted. By the result of simulation, the main measures to improve thermal-structural characteristic of the high speed motorized spindle are brought forward, references to structure design of motorized spindle are offered.
