摘要
由于塑料成本低廉、且具有一些比金属材料更理想的设计特性,随着塑料件质量的提高,冰箱中应用的塑料件越来越多,塑料件的结构设计对冰箱设计越来越重要。本文通过丰富的实例分别从选材、通用设计、装配、模具工艺性、热变形和公差等不同方面阐述了冰箱塑料件的结构设计技巧。
Because of the cost competitiveness and having some certain design advantages compared to metal materials, more and more plastic parts are being applied in refrigerators with their quality being improved, thus the structural design of refrigerator plastic parts is more and more important for refrigerator design. In this paper, structural design tips for refrigerator plastic parts are discussed from different aspects such as material selection, general design consideration, assembly, molding, thermal stress and part tolerance with plenty of examples.
