Estimation for the steam consumption in the PVC Branch Plant

对贵州省遵义碱厂PVC分厂主要消耗蒸汽工段———干燥、汽提、聚合工段冬季蒸汽用量大的问题进行了分析,按13万t/a PVC计,生产1 t PVC需消耗0.6 MPa蒸汽32.318 t,才能保证正常生产。

Problems that too much steam was consumed in winter in the main steam consumption processes, i. e. , drying, stripping and polymerization, in the PVC Branch Plant of Guizhou Province Zunyi Alkali Factory were analyzed. It was found that 32. 318 tons of steam of 0.6 MPa were actually consumed for the production of 1 ton of PVC based on the PVC production capacity of 130 kt/a.
