摘要
研制了环保阻燃增强聚对苯二甲酸丁二酯(PBT)。分别采用十溴二苯乙烷、溴化环氧树脂及溴化聚苯乙烯和Sb2O3作为阻燃剂,最终确定十溴二苯乙烷和Sb2O3体系为最佳性价比体系,十溴二苯乙烷和Sb2O3的最佳配比为2.25∶1左右,最经济的阻燃剂总用量为13份。增韧试验结果表明,增韧剂AX8900的增韧效果要优于接枝PE,当其用量为2份时即可满足材料的各项性能指标要求。该材料成功用于电子零件、散热风扇等。
The environmental glass reinforced flame retardant PBT was prepared. The DBDPO,BPS ,BEO and Sb2O3 was studied as flame retardant agent of the material. The results showed that the DBDPO and Sb2O3 had the best ratio of performance to price in this system, the optimal ratio of DBDPO: Sb2O3 was 2.25: 1, and the economical dosage of the multiplex flame retardant agent was 13 phr, AX8900 had a better effect on improving the flexibility of PBT than PE-g-MAH, 2 phr content of AX8900 could meet the requirement of the performance of the material, this material had been used for making electronic part and heat dispersion fan successfully.
