摘要 结合休哈特控制图在现代制造的不适应性情况,通过分析其原理上的局限性,讨论了不适应性的产生原因和解决方案。提出了以质量数据为主轴来分析不同的模式和辨识不适应性;通过对19种制造模式的质量数据特点进行归纳和分析,提出了解决各种模式的归并方法———基于数据的“三分类”,由此来识别控制图的适应范围;并尝试建立了质量数据与各模式关联的“相关程度表”,以此解决在不同环境下合理选择质量控制方法的问题。 Combining the inadaptability of Shewhart control chart in the modern manufacturing modes, through analyzing the localization in Shcwhart principle, the evocative reason and solutions of the inadaptability were discussed. The method taking the quality data as the principal axis was put forward to analyze the different modes and identify the inadaptability. By inducing and analyzing the quality data traits of the 19 manufacturing modes, the method was definitely put forward that the various modes are merged to resolvable method-the "three classifications" based on the data, which can identify the adaptability of the chart. And the "correlative grade table" connecting between the quality data and each mode was built tentatively up, which can resolve the problem reasonably choosing the quality control methods under the different environments.
