多齿差摆线泵滑动系数的研究

摘要 根据齿轮的啮合原理及传动中各位置矢量和速度矢量之间的关系,导出了多齿差摆线齿轮传动中各速度和齿面滑动系数的矢量计算式;并结合实例进行了运动速度和滑动系数的计算和曲线绘制,分析了齿廓的相对滑动速度和滑动系数的变化规律,为正确设计多齿差摆线齿轮提供了理论依据。 Based on the meshing theory and gear geometry relationship of position and velocity vector, the velocity and the sliding coefficient formulas of cycloidal pump with multi - tooth umber difference were deduced theoretically. The related velocity and sliding coefficient variation curves were made by calculated examples and the change trend of relative sliding velocity and sliding coefficient were analyzed. It provides theoretical evidence for design of the cycloidai pump.
