摘要
从铁路辙叉液压自动磨床的功能分析入手,设计了其机械系统、液压系统、控制系统。采用IPC-PLC联机控制技术,使该机床具有六自由度闭环控制、辙叉水平找正、轮缘槽对刀、自动磨削/手动磨削等功能。使用结果表明,该机床具有自动化程度高、性能稳定、工作效率高等优点。
From the function analysis of automatic hydraulic grinder for machining the railroad crossing, its mechanical system, hydraulic system and control system were designed. Using IPC - PLC control technology, the grinder took on six freedom closed control, horizontal adjusting, groove adjusting, and manual/auto -machining, etc. The applying result indicated that grinder performances satisfied machining the railroad crossing requirement.
