套类零件三维CAD/CAPP系统的研究与开发

摘要 套类零件通常是指零件外形的长度和直径之比大于0.5的中空回转体零件,在这类零件的CAPP系统开发中必须研究工艺系统中许多实际的细节问题如工装夹具的选择和设计等。本文根据这类零件的特点,设计了基于VC6.0和Solidworks的套类零件的三维定量化的CAD/CAPP系统,并说明了其实现方法。 Generally, the jacket parts is one of the type of the rotational parts which is spare in the center, and the ratio of the length and diameter is more than 1/2, so in the CAPP system development of this type of parts, many particular questions such as the the selection of frock and clamp or the reamer for process must be considered. According to the characters of this type of parts, a three dimensional and quantity determined CAD/CAPP system of the jacket parts was designed which is based on Visual C ++ 6.0 and Solidworks, the method of realization was illuminate.
