摘要
提出了一种计算机控制的机床主轴回转误差的数字测量法。该法采用数字滤波方法消除基准球的安装偏心分量,利用算法产生基圆,其数据处理简单;应用高效率的图形化编程语言LabVIEW,对该方法的数据处理过程进行了仿真。实验表明:该数字测量法操作方便,性能稳定。
A digital measurement method for machine spindle rotary error with supper computer was presented. The digital measurement method adopts the technology of signal analysis to get rid of the eccentricity caused by benchmark ball installment and without using device to occur base while using arithmetic to making base circle. The data processing in the digital measurement method was emulated on computer with graphics language LabVIEW. The experimental result shows that the digital measurement method is stable and convenient to be operated.
