摘要
采用基于磁致伸缩效应的正交磁头型扭矩传感器,在VM数控铣床上进行了铣削过程的刀具失效监测试验研究。结果表明,此传感器检测的扭矩信号能够用来识别刀具磨损和断裂状态。
By means of the head - type torque sensor based on the magnetostrictive effect, the monitoring tests of tool failure during milling process were implemented in the VM - type NC milling machine, the results show that the tool wear and breakage status can be recognized through torque signals measuring by designed sensor.
