从绩效评估中存在的问题出发,深入分析绩效评估主体多元化的趋势,比较详尽阐述了各类绩效评估主体进行绩效评估的渠道及绩效结果应用的权重配比,还阐述了在绩效评估主体研究与实践中必须坚持的几个原则。
Starting from the problem of performance evaluation, the authors have studied the multiply trend and the way through which the evaluating principal parts can evaluate the performance, and the principle which the evaluating principal part must follow.
