摘要 提出了顾客导向营销思想,对产生顾客导向营销思想的原因进行了说明;与竞争导向营销相比,顾客导向营销实现了基本逻辑换位;对如何实施顾客导向营销进行了详细阐述。 The authors put forward the customer oriented marketing idea, and illuminate the reason to realize it. Compared with the competition oriented marketing strategy, the customer oriented marketing achieves the basic logic transformation. The authors give the detail explanation on how to execute the customer oriented marketing.
