摘要
某热电厂CC12-4.90/0.98/0.294型双抽冷凝式汽轮机在运行中出现了振动过大现象,停机揭缸后发现次末级有两片叶片从叶片约三分之一处断掉。本文根据现场对末三级叶片自振频率的实测数据、叶片断口特征及理论计算结果,从振动、制造及运行三方面分析了叶片断裂的主要原因,并为该电厂提出了解决措施和建议。
HuangGu Thermal Power Plant CC12 -4. 90/0. 98/0. 294 condensing turbine with two intermediate stage extractions appears excessive vibration in the operation. After unit is stopped we can see two blades of the second last stage were broken from about one third. This paper analyses the reason of blades were broken according as the measure dates from worksite.
