A foldable loading- unloading device is introduced, which is characterized by simple structure, convenient operation and high ground flexibility. Under circumstances of deftcient electric power or other special conditions, this device has a function of switch between electromotion and manual handle at any moment, making it suitable to be used infield environment and capable of meeting the need of swirl and simple manipulation.
