自动去浮渣装置设计及在浮上法中的应用

Design of the automatic scum removal device and its application to air-flotation processing

为了对浮上法中的浮渣进行有效去除,文章设计了一种自动去浮渣装置;该装置利用浮渣自身的特点和气压推动原理进行导引,使浮渣经导引后自动导向出渣口,进行排除或收集,这种装置是不耗能的,也是低成本的,它不但可以有效地脱除浮渣,而且可以有效地收集浮渣;该文还提出了对用电解法处理高浓度化工废水,得到的浮渣进行直接燃烧的建议,对节能和资源综合利用都是有益的。

In order to remove the air-flotation scum effectively, a kind of automatic scum removal device is designed. By exploiting the characteristics of the scum itself and the air pressure push principle, the device carries and leads the scum to the outlet, removing or collecting the scum automatically. This kind of device does not consume energy, and its cost is low. The device is applied to treatment of the scum produced in treating high density chemical waste water by the electrolysis method. The effect of the device is compared with that of other common methods,which shows that it is feasible and effective.
