摘要
利用废碱性干电池中负极活性物质——锌资源,进行了酸性浸出生产饲料级硫酸锌产品的实验研究,探索了反应时间、反应温度、酸浓度对酸浸出反应的影响,及溶液浓度、结晶温度等条件对结晶产物的影响,确定了最佳的反应条件,最终得到优等品级别一水硫酸锌和七水硫酸锌产品。
Acid-leaching method was used to recover zinc resource in the cathode substance of waste alkaline dry battery. Based on the experiment, factors influencing the leaching process as reaction time, reaction temperature, concentration of sulphuric acid as well as factors influencing the crystallizing process were optimised. With a series of process, the product of feed-grade zinc sulfate was obtained.
