This paper describes relationships of bio- diversity and cultural diversity in a harmonious society. The history of relationship of them is eco - history. The approach on the conservation of the environment from an ethno - ecohistory perspective is a topic of very significant value. The traditional ecological knowledge (TEK) can keep the balance between ethnic community and the ecosystem environment, It can also construct some value principles with which these community people must comply, It is the core part of ethnic cultural diversity, also makes the bio-diversity possible.
