摘要 针对数控电火花线切割加工的自动编程问题,描述了在MATLAB环境下通过应用程序接口把C语言程序编译成可被MATLAB调用的动态连接库文件,利用MATLAB的强大数值分析与图形处理能力及C语言的高效率,实现优势互补,为电火花线切割加工的自动编程探索出一种新方法,并以齿轮渐开线轮廓的数控加工编程为例说明了它的应用。 In allusion to WEDM automatic programming problem, described how to compile C language program into dynamic link library file that can be called by MATLAB by applications adapters, and make full use of MATLAB's powerful numerical analysis and graphics processing capability, as well as the high efficiency of C language, complementary advantages, after that, it explores a new path for WEDM automatic programming; This article illustrates its application by the NC programming of gear involutes profile.
