群钻电火花成形加工及其切削性能的研究

摘要 针对群钻结构复杂、采用自动化刃磨困难的问题,提出了应用电火花成形技术加工的方法。该方法能精确成形群钻复杂切削刃的后刀面,加工过程简单且易于操作。同时介绍了工具电极的设计与制造过程以及加工成形后群钻的切削性能。 In this paper, a new method of using electrical discharge to sharpening multiface drills was introduced. This special method is aimed at solving the difficulty of cutting structure-complicated multiface drills by inflexible and automatic cutting tools. All kinds of cutting edges' flank of the multiface drills can be produced exactly by this method, and the producing process is simple and easy to be operated. The cutting performance of the multiface drills produced by this method was also discussed in this paper along with the description of the design and realization process of this method.
