摘要
本文介绍用４Ｎ盐酸煮沸提取饲料中的Ｋ、Ｎａ、Ｃａ、Ｍｇ、Ｐ、Ｃｕ、Ｚｎ、Ｆｅ、Ｍｎ９种元素，提取液用电感耦合等离子体发射光谱测定，能够得到满意的结果，方法简便、准确。与常用的硝酸——高氯酸消化法进行对照，结果基本一致。用该法测定国家标准参考物质ＧＢＷ０８５０３小麦粉和ＧＢＷ０８５５１猪肝，无论高含量或低含量组分。
The rheological curves of haw juice at different soluble solids content and 25℃ were measured.The result indicates that the haw juice behaves as a Newtonian fluid.By regression analysis,the mathematical models of the effect of soluble solids content,the effect of temperature and of the combined effects of soluble solids content and temperature on viscosity of haw juice were derived.
