摘要
采用核磁共振、红外光谱、凝胶色谱等方法研究了聚[1,3-双(对羧基苯氧基)丙烷-癸二酸][P(CPP∶SA)]在降解溶蚀过程中的化学性质变化。结果表明,经过一段时间的降解,聚合物的化学结构发生了改变,其分子量、质量和缓冲液的酸碱度都显著下降。在聚合物降解过程中,癸二酸(SA)相对于1,3-双(对羧基苯氧基)丙烷酸(CPP)具有更强的亲水性。SA首先从聚合物长链中迅速脱落下来进入缓冲液,导致了聚合物分子量的快速下降、质量的快速损失以及缓冲液pH值的下降。
The chemical characterization of poly[1,3-bis(p-carboxyphenoxy) propane : sebacic acid] [-P (CPP: SA)] was investigated by 1HNMR, IR and GPC during degradation. Based on experiment, after the degradation, the chemical structure of polymer changed greatly. The molecular weight, mass, and pH value of buffer reduced significantly. During the degradation, sebacic acid (SA), more hydrophilic than 1,3-bis(p-carboxyphenoxy) propane (CPP), fell down from polymer and was readily dissolved in the buffer, which resulted in the rapid weight molecular decrease and mass loss, as well as a significant drop of pH value.
