饲料级碱式氯化锌的合成及其特性研究

Study on Synthesis of Feed-grade Basic Zinc Chloride and Its Properties

合成了饲料级碱式氯化锌，并研究了相关的理化性质。结果表明，采用配位催化均匀沉淀的方法，在pH值6．0-6．5、温度65-75℃、氯化锌浓度1．0-2．0mol·L^-1、催化剂用量0．2％-0．3％、加料速度2．0-4．0mL·min^-1压适宜搅拌速度的条件下，制得的样品颗粒性好，粒径在30-150μm之间。样品性质稳定、吸湿性低、杂质少、酸溶解性好，适合作饲料添加剂。

By complex catalytic and uniformity precipitation, basic zinc chloride whose particle size was 30 - 150 μm, could be synthesized under the conditions of pH value 6. 0-6. 5, temperature 65-75℃, the concentration of zinc chloride 1.0-2. 0 mol · L^-1, the dosage of catalyst 0. 2 %- 0. 3 %, the feeding speed 2.0-4. 0 mL· min^-1 and suitable stirring. The product was in equably structure easy to be filtered and washed and conserved, no solubility in water and good solubility in acid solution, less absorbency of moisture,with a purity over 98 %.
