摘要
建立了丙酮沉淀-高效液相色谱法制取高纯度超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)的新工艺。利用此法制得电泳级的SOD,总活性回收率为86.0%,纯化倍数提高52倍。小规模的生产实验表明该法具有工艺简单、成本低、效率高、生产周期短等优点。
The new technology for preparing highly purified superoxide dismutase(SOD) by acetone precipitation high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC) was established in this work. The SOD of electro- phoretic rank was prepared by the method with total activity recovery of 86.0%, 52 times purification. According to the small scale production, the method was superior to conventional methods with simpler process, lower cost, higher efficiency and shortened operating periods.
