不同生态环境马铃薯维生素C含量分析 被引量:21

摘要 对马铃薯参试品种在西北地区不同生态条件下的维生素C含量变化进行方差分析和稳定性分析。结果表明:试点间、品种间以及试点和品种的互作间都存在着极显著差异,6个品种平均维生素C含量为15.04 mg/100 g,陇薯3号最高,为18.68 mg/100 g,90-2-10最低,为12.23 mg/100 g;7个地点平均维生素C含量为15.04 mg/100 g,青海西宁最高,为16.75 mg/100 g,青海海南最低,为12.93 mg/100 g。中薯36这个品种的回归系数<1,是稳定性较好的品种。 In this paper, the vitamin C conent of potatoes of different ecological environments in the Northwest of China were studied through variance analysis and stability analysis. The results showed that there were greatly significant difference among the different test points, the different varieties and their interaction. The mean of the 6 varieties' vitamin C content was 15.04 mg/100 g. Longshu No.3 was the highest content variety and it's content was 18.68 mg/100 g. 90-2-10 was the lowest, The content was 12.23 mg/100 g. The mean of the 7 test points' vitamin C content was 18.87 %. The highest content test point was Xi'ning of Qinghai province and it was 16.75 mg/100 g. The lowest content test point was Hainan of Qinghai province, it was 12.93 mg/100 g. The regression coefficient of Zhongshu 36 was less than 1. It was a better stability variety.
