发展城市林业有利于促进社会经济发展、解决城市中的一些问题,是城市可持续发展的必由之路,因此应该引起政府的高度重视。本文对城市林业的内涵和功能做了详细的介绍,并通过剖析哈尔滨市城市林业存在的问题,提出了制定科学合理的城市林业规划,行政部门之间需要协调配合,加强人们对城市林业的认识,增加对城市林业的投入等相关对策建议。

Developing the urban forestry can promote the development of society and economy, and solve the urban problem; it is the only way to the sustainable development of city, so government should pay high attention to it. This paper introduces the concept and function of the urban forestry, analysis the problem of Harbin urban forestry, and puts forward many countermeasures. Such as drawing up the scientific reasonable planning of the urban forestry, between the different government departments should correspond and concert, strengthening people＇s knowing of the urban forestry, increasing financial input to the urban forestry.
