试论我国竞技体育的科学发展与国际责任

我国竞技体育事业的发展应该遵循“以人为本,全面、协调、可持续发展”科学发展观的思想和要求来设计、规划与组织实施,要准确把握竞技体育的社会定位,努力拓展“享受竞技”的现代观念,不断完善竞技体育的发展环境,大力增强竞技选手的参赛实力,科学培养竞技体育的从业人才。随着竞技体育国际属性的强化以及我国竞技运动水平的提高,我们在国际体育事务中,应该为世界的共同发展担负起更多的责任。我们应该从更积极地参与国际竞技体育事业的管理、加强竞技体育理论的研究和推广、努力提高竞技运动实力以及扩大国际交流等方面更积极有力地肩负起我们应负的国际责任。

The development of the competitive sports in China should follow the principle of ＂taking people as the centre, striving for overall, coordinative development of the society＂. Correct orientation of the competitive sports should be set. Ideas of ＂enjoying sports＂ should be highlighted. The development environments of the competitive sports should be continuously perfected. The competition power of the athletes is to be raised. People working for competitive sports should be scientifically trained. With the competitive sports becoming more and more internationally emphasized and the promotion of the Chinese competitive sports, China should take more duties in the international sports affairs and sports management. More researches should be done into the competitive sports theories. Efforts should be made to raise the competition power and the international exchanges.
