摘要
以全国田径大奖赛男子标枪比赛前10名中的9名右手投枪选手的18人次投掷技术作为研究对象,运用文献资料法、数理统计法、三维录像解析法对我国优秀男子标枪运动员交叉步结束右脚着地前后身体右侧动作进行了运动学分析。结果表明,扒地式交叉步技术能有效的减少右脚单支撑的时间,促进左腿尽快着地,使最后用力进入双支撑用力阶段的效果更加突出,更有利于提高运动成绩。
Taking the eighteen javelin throw techniques of nine javelin throwers out of the top ten ones of the National Track & Field Men's Javelin Throw as the objectives of study, a three dimensional motor analysis was made to the right side body movement of the athletes after they finished the right leg cross steps. It was shown that the ground touching cross step techniques could reduce the time for the right leg surrorting the body and quicken the touching ground of the left foot, so that during the last stage the result of double supporting would be better.
