中国出口商品反倾销形势的实证分析——基于中国出口反倾销案件数目和同期出口金额的分析

Empirical analysis of anti-dumping situation of China's exported goods——Based on analysis of anti-dumping case number and export sum of money of China's export

目前部分学者对中国出口商品反倾销的形势有所争议。多数学者及媒体视此形势越来越严重,然而有少数专家则认为已经有所好转。通过中国十一年的反倾销指数变化,中国与印度、印尼;中国与美国的相对反倾销指数三个方面分别进行比较,实证分析了中国目前出口商品的反倾销形势。研究表明,基于显示反倾销角度,中国出口商品反倾销的形势已经好转。

Currently, some scholars have disputes on anti--dumping situation of China＇s export. Most of scholars and media regard the situation as being more and more serious, however, a few experts think that the situation becomes better. Based on comparing three aspects of anti--dumping index change in this eleven years and relative anti--dumping indexes between China and India and Indonesia and between China and the United States, current anti--dumping situation of China＇s exported goods is analyzed by empirical analysis and the conclusion is that the anti--dumping situation of China＇s exported goods is better from the angle of the show of anti--dumping.
