论高职教育实践教学体系的构建

On constructing practical teaching system of higher polytechnic education

高等职业教育的成功与失败直接取决于实践教学体系是否能够支撑对学生职业技能的培养,进而适应社会人才市场对技术应用型人才的需求和要求。在界定实践教学体系涵义的基础上,阐述实践教学体系的构成要素,包括实践教学目标体系、内容体系、管理体系和保障体系;对实践教学体系的框架结构的不同观点进行探讨,提出了构建具有高职教育特色的实践教学体系的基本思路。

The success and failure of higher polytechnic education directly depend on whether practical teaching system can support cultivation of professional techniques of the students to meet the demand of social talent market for applied technology-style talents. Based on defining practical teaching system connotation, this paper introduces component factors of practical teaching system including practical teaching objeetive system, content system, management system and guarantee system, discusses different viewpoints of framework structure of practical teaching system and points out basic ideas for constructing practical teaching system with higher polytechnic education characteri.
