人才激励观是邓小平人才管理体系中的一个重要组成部分。本文详细阐述了邓小平人才激励观的两个基本点以及正确理解和运用这一思想时需要注意的几个问题。
The promoting theory of talented persons, proposed by Deng Xiaoping, is an important part in the center of the talented person management system. The paper presents two basic viewpoints of Deng Xiaoping＇s promoting theory of talented persons in details as well as the problems in the process of understanding and utilization of his theory.
