浅析应用型本科院校人才心理素质教育

Discussing the Psychological Quality Education of Training Undergraduate for Practice

应用型本科人才心理素质教育是应用型人才素质教育整体中的重要组成部分。应用型本科人才培养的目标,要求高校重视大学生心理素质教育。本文从心理素质教育在素质教育中的意义入手,提出应用型本科人才心理素质培养的重心应该是以人际交往能力、抗挫折力、进取精神、竞争力、合作精神为核心,兼顾规则意识、文化融合能力的培养。并探讨了其培养模式。

The psychological quality education of training undergraduate for practice is one the most important part of the whole quality education. Its purpose needs the university focusing on student psychological quality education. It presents the significance of it, with details in the student＇s personal relationship ability, anti- frustration ability enterprising spirit, competitive and co- operational ability, and the training for discipline recognition and cultural interaction.
