The electronic archives are a new concept emerged in archival field and understanding it is quite a long process. The article analyses the use of electronic archives at home and abroad in recent years, expounds the objective applicability for using it in our country from an angle of traditional archives culture, and at the same time points out significances of using the concept of electronic archives.
