摘要
用Fox-Li迭代原理计算了含位相片谐振腔的模式,计算表明用惠更斯-菲涅尔衍射原理能很好地解释含位相片谐振腔输出新光束这一物理现象,而且改变位相片的厚度和半径,可能输出其它的新光束。还介绍了谐振腔输出新光束的二元光学设计方法,提出了强度恢复算法,并与Fox-Li迭代方法进行了比较。
in this paper the mode of a cavity with a phase plate is calculated by Fox -- Li iterate theory,the calculations show that productions of new beams can be explained by Haygens Fresnel theory,and the other new beam will be produced by changing the thickness and width ofthe phase plate. Theremore,a way to design a cavity which puts out a new beam is introduced,aalgorithm for intensity retrieval is put forward and compared with Fox -- Li algorithm.
