在大学经营管理中,明确成本控制的对象,采取有效的方式方法予以控制,对大学的正常运营有着极其重要的意义。文章就大学中的交易成本、人员成本、运行成本等方面进行有效控制进行了初步探讨。

In university management, it is of vital importance to make clear the cost control targets and take effective measures for the control. This paper offers an elementary study on the effective control of such costs as transaction costs, personnel costs and operating costs of university.
