基于Pro/ENGINEER二次开发技术的锥齿参数化设计与仿真

摘要 利用Pro/ENGINEER的二次开发平台Pro/TOOLKIT和参数化设计方法,设计生成斜齿锥齿轮的Pro/ENIGINEER插件。采用面向对象技术和面向过程技术相结合的方式,以动态链接库(DLL)的形式,实现锥齿轮参数化设计二次开发,并编写出相应的应用程序软件。可分成几个基本模块,包括用户菜单的添加、用户界面、齿轮模板的绘制、齿轮实体更新等模块。 By adopting Pro/ENGINEER secondary development platform-Pro/TOOLKIT and parametrization design method, the Pro/ENIGINEER software of the bevel gear designing has been produced, meanwhile the secondary development of the bevel gear parametrization design has been achieved by means of combining Object Oriented Technique and Process Oriented Technique in the form of the Dynamic Link Library (DLL), and the corresponding applied program software could be separated into several modules, which include the adding user menu, the user interface, the gear stencil drawing and the gear body regeneration, etc.
