摘要
分析票价政策按供求关系调整票价、合理分配客流的重要性,提出为了达到均衡客流、提高城市轨道交通系统利用率、提高城市轨道交通运营企业收益的目的,当城市轨道交通采用自动售检票系统时,其票价应由相对稳定的考虑运营成本、服务价值的多样化的基本票价和较灵活的考虑市场需求的辅助票价组成。给出基本票价水平确定的依据,介绍几种基本计价方式并分析其各自的优缺点,在如何采用辅助计价方式来提高城市轨道交通系统利用率、提高城市轨道交通运营企业收益方面进行探索。
This paper analyzes fare policy, indicating that fares should be regulated by the market so as to distribute passenger flows reasonably. It proposes that basic fare calculation and fluctuating fare calculation should be combined in order to equilibrate passenger flows, to hnprove efficiency of urban rail transit system and to increase the income and hnprove the services of urban rail transit enterprises. Some criteria are proposed to determine ticket prices. Several basic fare calculation methods are introduced with their virtues and defects analyzed. Fluctuation fare calculation methods are also discussed in order to increase profit of the enterprises.
