急性呼吸窘迫综合征平均气道压动态变化的动物实验研究

Animal Experimental Study of Changes of Mean Airway Pressure in Canine Model on Acute Respiratory Distress Syndrome

摘要 目的探讨急性呼吸窘迫综合征(ARDS)平均气道压(MAP)的动态变化及其临床意义。方法应用油酸型犬呼吸窘迫综合征模型,动态观察平均气道峰压的动态变化及与氧合指数的关系。结果平均气道峰压在模型复制成功后各时相点均显著增加(P<0.01),氧合指数明显下降(P<0.01)。结论平均气道压增加是 ARDS 的重要特征,并与 ARDS 的严重程度有关,有一定的临床意义。 Objective To obsrve changes of average airway pressure in canine model, of acute respiratory distress syndrome(ARDS), Methods Models of respiratory distress syndrome were made by iv injection of oleic acid. Changes of average airway pressure and relationship between PaO2/FiO2 were obversed. Results The average airway pressure was significantly higher after olelc acid injection than before( P 〈 0. 01 ). Conclusion The increase of the mean airway pressure(MAP) is an important feature of acute respiratory distress syndrome and it is related to severity of acute respiratory distress syndrome.
