摘要
目的:建立抗病毒颗粒的质量标准,对抗病毒颗粒中的绿原酸进行定量分析。方法:以KromasilC18柱(4.6mm×250mm,7μm)为填充柱,以甲醇水-冰醋酸(15∶85∶0.85)为流动相,检测波长为327nm,流速为1.0ml/min。结-果:本法所采用的绿原酸的含量测定线性范围为0.10~0.90μg/mL,平均回收率为98.87%,RSD为1.94%。结论:本文所建立之方法可靠、灵敏、准确、重复性好、专属性强,可有效控制抗病毒颗粒的质量。
Objective: To estabish the quality standard for the antivirus granule, Methods: Chlorogenic acid of the granule was determined by HPLC. The chromatographic conditions were: Kromasil C 18 column (4,6 mm× 250 mm, 7 μn); The mobile phase was Methanol-Water-Acetic Acid Glacial(15:85:0.85); detection wavelength of UV was 327 nm. the flow rate was 1.0 ml/min. Results: The linear range of ehlorogenic acid is 0.10×0.90 μg/mL.The average recovery was 98.87%. RSD was 1.94%. Conclusions: The method was credible, accurate, exclusive. It can control the quality of the antivirus granul effectively.
