改性膨润土处理含油废水的试验研究

Experimental Study on Oily Sewage Treatment by Using Modified Bentonite

研究了以Al2（SO2）3为改性剂对钠基膨润土改性后的吸附去油性能。经过正交试验．选出了优化工艺条件；讨论了各个合成因素对改性膨润土除油效果的影响；室温下最佳用土量为6．8g／L、pH值为7～112、搅拌时间为3min时．改性膨润土对乳化油废水除油率可达98．9％以上。

Al_2(SO_4)_3 is used as a modifier to study the oil removal property on the modified benton- ite.Through orthogonal experiments,the optimal technical eonditions are selected. The effect of each synthesis factor on the oil removal efficiency of the modified bentonite is discussed. The optimal ben- tenite usage of 6.8 g/L and pH of 7～12 and blending time of 6 m are selected and its oil removal rate is more than 98.9%.
