摘要
研究了以Al2(SO2)3为改性剂对钠基膨润土改性后的吸附去油性能。经过正交试验.选出了优化工艺条件;讨论了各个合成因素对改性膨润土除油效果的影响;室温下最佳用土量为6.8g/L、pH值为7~112、搅拌时间为3min时.改性膨润土对乳化油废水除油率可达98.9%以上。
Al_2(SO_4)_3 is used as a modifier to study the oil removal property on the modified benton- ite.Through orthogonal experiments,the optimal technical eonditions are selected. The effect of each synthesis factor on the oil removal efficiency of the modified bentonite is discussed. The optimal ben- tenite usage of 6.8 g/L and pH of 7~12 and blending time of 6 m are selected and its oil removal rate is more than 98.9%.
