摘要 选取健康花鱼骨(Hemibarbus maculatusBleeker)亲鱼进行人工采精,以扫描电镜观察了其精子超微结构,同时研究了温度、pH和盐度对其精子活力的影响,测定了2龄和5龄的花鱼骨精液浓度。结果表明,精子活力的适宜温度为19~23℃,温度为23℃时精子寿命最长,为522.7 s;适宜pH为7~8,pH为8时精子寿命最长,为535 s;适宜盐度为1‰~7‰,盐度7‰时精子寿命最长,为304.3 s;2龄野生鱼骨的精液浓度大于5龄的,为1.6×1010ind.mL-1。 The healthy male Hemibarbus maculates were employed and the spermatozoa were collected from the body by artificial conduction. The sperm was observed under the scan electron microscope. The spermatozoa motility under defferent temperatures, pH, salinitys was studied, and the sperm concentration of Hemibarbus maculates of 2 years old and 5 years old were tested . The effects of water temperapture on spermatozoa motility showed that the optimum water temperature was 23 ℃ when the spermatozoa had the longest life of span(522. 7 s) ,and the optimum range of water temperature was 19 ~ 23℃. When pH was at 7~8,the spermatozoa had the best motility,and at pH 8,the spermatozoa had the longest life span,which was 535 s. When the salinity of water was at l‰ ~7‰,the spermatozoa have the best motility and the spermatozoa had the longest life span at salinity 7‰,which was 304. 3 s. The sperm concentration of wild Hemibarbus maculates of 2 years old was 1. 6×10^(10) ind·mL^(-1)high than 5 years old.
