摘要
采用肾脏细胞法和空气干燥法制片以及Giemsa染色,确定了采自长江水系的白缘鱼央(LiobagrusmarginatusGünther)、拟缘鱼央(Liobagrus marginatoidesWu)和黑尾鱼央(Liobagrus nigricaudaRegan)的核型和臂数,并对X/Y异型性染色体的“各自”相对比例进行了比较分析。结果表明,3种鱼央属(LiobagrusHilgendorf)鱼的X染色体相对大小顺序为:拟缘鱼央、黑尾鱼央和白缘鱼央;Y染色体相对大小顺序为:拟缘鱼央、白缘鱼央和黑尾鱼央;Y染色体相对于X染色体的大小顺序为:白缘鱼央、拟缘鱼央和黑尾鱼央。
Margined bullhead(Liobagrus marginatus Günther),margined-like bullhead(Liobagrus marginatoides Wu) and blacktail bullhead(Liobagrus nigricauda Regan) from upriver water system of Yangtze River were transfered.The methods of kidney cell culture,air-drying slides and Giemsa stain were taken.Karyotype and fundamental arm number of 3 Liobagrus Hilgendorf fishes were confirmed.Comparison and analysis of each relative proportion of sex chromosomes with X/Y heterotypes were made.The results showed that the relative size sequence of X chromosome of 3(Liobagrus) Hilgendorf fishes is margined-like bullhead,blacktail bullhead and margined bullhead.The relative size sequence of Y chromosome of 3 Liobagrus Hilgendorf fishes is margined-like bullhead,margined bullhead and blacktail bullhead.And relative to X chromosome,the relative size sequence of Y chromosome of 3 Liobagrus Hilgendorf fishes is margined bullhead,margined-like bullhead and blacktail bullhead.
