摘要
通过红外光谱和DSC分析牛奶蛋白纤维的组成及热性能;通过单因素试验确定影响阳离子染料染色的主要因素及各工艺参数的范围,并采用正交试验对工艺参数进行优化;研究了优化工艺条件下阳离子染料上染牛奶蛋白纤维的提升力和匀染性等。结果表明,在pH值5.5、温度95℃、染色时间45min的条件下,染料具有良好的提升力,匀染性也好;摩擦牢度和日晒牢度均在4级以上,皂洗牢度都在3级以上,汗渍牢度除了阳离子蓝X-GRRL棉沾色为2级外,其它都在3级以上。
The functional groups and thermal property of milk protein fiber were studied through infrared spectroscopy (IR) and differential scanning calorimeter (DSC) respectively. The major factors and the parameters of dyeing process were settled by a series of previous separate single factor experiments. Then the parameters were optimized by fraction factorial experimental method. Under the optimal condition, the building up and level-dyeing property of milk protein fiber was studied with the cationic dyes. The rate of dyeing and various color fastnesses were measured. The experimental results revealed that the optimal dyeing process using cationic dyes is as below: pH value 5, 5, dyeing temperature 95 ℃, time 45 min. The building up and the level-dyeing property were both good. The color fastnesses to rubbing and light are 4 grades or better, The fastness of soaping is 3 grades or better. As for the staining of adjacent cotton fabrics, the color fastness to perspiration is 3 grades or better except that was 2 grades for cationic blue X-GRRL,
