摘要
以亚磷酸二乙酯、丙烯酰胺和乙二醛为原料,经过两步反应合成了磷系无甲醛阻燃整理剂FRC-P,采用红外分析确定了该阻燃剂的结构。将FRC-P阻燃剂应用于棉织物,研究了各种工艺参数对阻燃效果的影响,确定工艺条件为:阻燃剂用量40%,催化剂硫酸铝用量3%,乙二醇用量10%,柔软剂用量3%,焙烘160℃×4min。
The phosphorus and formaldehyde free flame retardant FRC-P was prepared by two steps reaction with diethyi phosphate, acrylamide and glyoxal. Its chemical structure was confirmed by infrared spectroscopy. The flame retardant FRC-P was applied to cotton fabric and the influence of various finishing conditions on treated results were researched. Therefore, the optimal procedure was determined, that is the dosage of flame retardant 40%, aluminum sulfate as catalyst 3%, ethylene glycol 10%, softening agent 3%, curing at 160 ℃ for 4 min.
