摘要
传统模块化设计是基于功能需求出发,产品生命周期中会产生资源浪费和环境污染。本文在传统模块化设计的基础上,增加了产品的绿色性指标,通过分析绿色性与模块化之间存在的相互关系,确定模块划分准则,用模糊隶属度来定量地描述各准则的相关性。通过层次分析法确定各准则的权重,求出各零件之间的交互值矩阵,用模糊矩阵的传递闭包进行模糊聚类,从而得到基于功能和绿色性的两种不同模块划分结果。最后以电吹风为例论证了绿色模块化设计方法有利于环境保护。
Traditional modular design based on functional requirements results in resource waste and environmental pollution in overall life cycle. On the basis of traditional modular design, the indexes of green character were added and the criteria of module partition were identified through analyzing relations between green character and modular design. The correlation of criterion was described quantitatively by fuzzy grade of membership. The Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP) was applied to all weights of criterion so as to generate relationship matrix corresponding to their interactive values. Modules based on functional requirements and green characters were clustered with transitive closure of fuzzy matrix. A case of hair drier is provided to demonstrate that green modular design favor environmental protection.
