摘要
针对当曲柄与连杆重叠共线的特殊位型下曲柄滑块机构连杆上一点轨迹为近似直线而达到近似停歇的六杆机构,研究了曲柄滑块机构的尺寸综合,解决了要实现停歇连杆点位置的选择问题;导出了该机构停歇误差计算式,利用该式可以计算在一定误差范围的近似停歇长度。
When the link and the crank of Crank-Slider Mechanism coincide with each other, a six-bar linkage mechanism obtains a pause approximately by the approximate linear locus of a point on the link. In this paper the size of the crank-slider mechanism is synthesized, and the point location is correctly selected for the six-bar linkage mechanism. The formula for the cease error of the mechanism is deduced, that can be used to estimate the cease length within a certain error range.
