Therefore, the development of community bank can greatly help to promote the economic development of China. Based on the defining of the connotation of community banks, the author analyses the realistic significance to develop community banks in China, and by borrowing the experience to develop community banks of America, the author gives his own thoughts on developing community banks in China.
